📦 About the Subscription
How does the monthly subscription work?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a curated box of authentic Mexican snacks, candies, and drinks delivered straight to your door every month. Your first box ships out shortly after you sign up, and subsequent boxes will ship around the same time each month.
Will I get the exact snacks shown in the website images?
To bring you the absolute best variety, we completely rotate our inventory every single month! While the images on our store show a great representation of the premium treats you’ll get, your actual contents will change with every order. No two months are ever the same!
Can I choose which snacks go into my box?
Part of the fun is the surprise! To keep our operations smooth and our boxes affordable, we do not offer custom snack selection. However, we meticulously curate every box to ensure a perfect balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory flavors.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will my box ship, and how long does it take?
We process and pack orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our facility.
How are fragile items (like drinks and chips) protected?
We take packaging seriously! All glass bottles and fragile items are securely packed using heavy-duty protective sleeves or custom padding to ensure everything arrives intact and ready to enjoy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO military addresses. We can ship to Canada and Mexico.
⚠️ Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
What should I know about food allergies?
Please be advised that the snacks, candies, and drinks included in our subscription boxes are sourced directly from various manufacturers in Mexico. Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, milk, wheat, soy, eggs, and sesame.
Because our boxes feature a rotating selection of authentic items, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please review the original manufacturer ingredients on the product packaging carefully before consuming.
💳 Billing, Cancellations, & Returns
When will I be billed?
For month-to-month plans, you will be billed on the same day you originally signed up, every recurring month. For pre-paid plans (3-month or 6-month), you pay the full amount upfront and will renew automatically at the end of your commitment term.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website or contacting our support team. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please make sure to cancel at least 3 days before your next renewal date.
Can I get a refund or return my box?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for snacks you didn't like. However, if your box arrived severely damaged or if there was an error with your order, please reach out to us at chukisnaks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
